It's not related to Virtua Fighter, but as a SEGA fan(?), the best thing SEGA has done in the past 5 years, Streets of Rage 4, is being distributed for free on mobile for a limited time.

If they don't have the ability to make it, they should outsource it or license it out. This whole curse started when they tried to make Virtua Fighter with the Dragon Engine without developers...
