I'm working on a character video command guide.

I'm creating a character command video page based on the prototype.
Ah... Virtua Fighter character techniques, why are there so many...
Each character has a basic 130 techniques, and Kage has up to 216... But this is only for 6 characters, so there may be more...
In Street Fighter, characters with many techniques seem to have about 60, including derivative techniques and stance changes.
Even ppp is split into 3 techniques, and there are so many techniques that come out of special stances...
Even the counterattacks have the same command, but there are separate motions for left and right,
Even the rising attacks have the same command, but the technique names are different depending on where you roll...
I understand why byakko only did the basic techniques...lol
Fortunately, there are no videos for the rising attacks, so I excluded them, but even without them, each character seems to have at least 100 skills.
In Akira's case, there are a total of 132 techniques, of which 24 are rising attacks... I have to register 108 commands...
While registering, I thought Akira was the main character, so he would have many techniques, but he actually had fewer.
Wolf's technique list has 216 techniques, which is a lot even though I haven't added all the character techniques yet.
I only managed to create one prototype page...
I thought, "Who would look at the technique list of such an old game?" so I just replaced it with a link to the official site's technique list, and planned to create it in earnest when 6 comes out later, but...
I guess I need at least one technique list to ask people to visit...
Still, with the recent development of technology, I'm creating it quickly,
But in the end, matching the video and the time between each technique has to be done manually, so it took 3 hours for just one Akira...
Thinking about 19 characters, that's 57 hours... I'm frustrated at the thought that it would take more than two full days to do all the characters...
I have to do my main job and housework... I'm squeezing in time to create it... lol
But fortunately, when I did the second character, Pai, it took less than 2 hours even though there were 143 techniques (excluding rising attacks). I guess adaptation is important.
Things I learned while making the command guide:
There are 24 rising attacks per character, although there may be other cases.
I had to watch the videos in slow motion several times to match the video sync, and the motion is incredibly diverse and smooth even though it's an old game.
I don't know why they made so many techniques for each character. I'll mainly use the main techniques...
I changed the layout a bit from the existing prototype and added options to turn the sound on and off, and to adjust the video size for people who want to see it bigger.
After it's all done, I'm going to create a newbie category and make a beginner's guide, but there are already many good guides,
So I'm going to reorganize rchacha's guide a bit to make it easier to read.
Thankfully, rchacha has given me permission, so I'm thinking about whether to do it in parallel with the command guide or after the guide is finished.
It's only been done for 2 characters yet, so I'll come back to report after it's all done!
