It seems we need to rent an event space near Yongsan, which was the most preferred location in the last comments.
There are also companies that specialize in renting PCs and monitors for competitions for a day.

If we proceed this way, the entry fee per person is expected to be between 20,000 and 60,000 won, depending on the size of participation and the venue.

A regular meeting is a bit early.
Should we proceed with a pilot event first? If we were to proceed, the ideal time to prepare would be before it gets hot, from
May 25th to June 7th. I'm also curious about your preferred dates.

Also, it seems we need to guarantee a minimum of 20 participants to proceed.
